**You must achieve as a team 57 reps for each movement during the 5 Minute Caps. Bob is 57 years old. These reps are being done in honor of his fight for health! If you finish all 57 reps for the three movements before the 5 Minute lapses, one teammate must hold the barbell in the rack position to show support for bob. While this occurs the other team member must cal bike.
