Please take advantage of our Zoom classes provided three times a day at 8:30am, Noon, & 5:30pm. This classes take place Monday – Friday as well on Sundays at 8:30 am. You’re favorite instructors will be running each class via the web. All you have to do is download the app via your phone or computer (computer recommended) and follow along with your webcam on! It’s totally free and a great way to interact with the Wall of Blue. We’ll post the meeting links via our social media channels before each class! If you do not follow us on Social Media we highly reccomend you do so! Let’s all interact, kill some at home workouts, and have some fun!

“DEATH BY BURPEE”
With a continuously running clock perform 1 burpee the first minute, 2 burpees the second minute, 3 burpees the third minute, and so on, continuing to add 1 each minute until you cannot complete the required number of reps in the given minute.
*Score total rounds and reps in the last round completed.
