ZOOM MEETING CLASSES! / “WE” WOD 3/18/20

Starting today we have interactive video classes via Zoom! These classes will take place three times a day for 40 Min. at 8:30am, Noon, & 5:30pm. You’re favorite instructors will be running each class via the web. All you have to do is download the app via your phone or computer (computer recommended) and follow along with your webcam on! It’s totally free and a great way to interact with the Wall of Blue. If you have a specific time that you always plan to attend. Please message us via email or social media with your email and we’ll add you to a list so you don’t have to enter log in credentials each time. If you don’t know. It’s no big deal! We’ll post the meeting credentials via our social media channels before each class!! Let’s all interact, kill some at home workouts, and have some fun!
